Start at 324 Cedar Ridge (turn on Cedar Ridge Terrace from Manchester Road and turn on Cedar Ridge). We added a large California Room and a Master Bedroom Suite with lots of glass to capture the view of Hartford and remodeled all but two rooms of the existing house.

Continue down Cedar Ridge, turn right on Woodhaven, left on Knollwood to 128. This is an example of the magic that can happen by just changing the entry of a house.

Turn around on Knollwood and turn right on Shady Hill Road. Turn left on Manchester Road, continue straight through light. Turn left on Shoddy Mill. Turn right on Weir. At stop sign turn right on Forest Lane. First house on your right is 397 Forest Lane, a cape masquerading as an Adirondack lodge.

Turn right onto Butler Drive, then left on Shoddy Mill, right onto Manchester Road. Take first left (only 150 yards or so) on Brook Street. Brook Street becomes Neipsic at stop sign. Just past J.B. Williams Park turn right on Wickham to 397. This is a cape with pizzazz!

Turn around on Wickham and turn right on Neipsic. Continue straight through light (now on Hubbard). At Main Street, turn left. 1817 Main Street is a greenhouse/office addition.

Next door at 1803 is a colonial with a new kitchen/sunroom/barn addition.

Continue down Main Street. Cross Route 17 onto Buttonball. Turn right onto Carriage Drive. We lifted the roof and added a master bedroom suite over the family room and garage at 254 Carriage Drive. Everyone says it looks like it has always been there.

Turn around on Carriage. Turn left onto Buttonball. Turn left onto Main Street. Turn at light onto Chestnut Hill Road. Our final stop is 448, a cape with a new kitchen/dining room addition.
